You should know that:
- The hot springs come from a depth of 1602.5 m and are characterised by mineral content – 459.79 mg/l.
- The water acts on your body in three ways: by temperature, mineral compounds and relief.
- The high calcium and magnesium content improves your circulation and reduces muscle and joint pain. It also has a wonderful effect on your skin, soothing sore spots, speeding up the healing of inflammatory states and strengthening blood vessels. Bathing in thermal pools is recommended to people undergoing rehabilitation and orthopaedic treatment. Hot springs are also beneficial for rheumatoid and neurological diseases.
- The water temperature is 30–34 ℃.
- In addition to bathing, it is also recommended to do simple exercise in water, which relieves joint stress.
- You can also purchase other services at the Mszczonów Thermal Pools. The following services are available: salt cave – PLN 2/2 hours/person and saunas – PLN 2/2 hours/person.
- Hotel Panorama*** is just a few blocks away on foot – less than 2 km.
- In the autumn-winter period, i.e. October-April, the thermal pools operate on a limited basis – some attractions are not available. In this period a single ticket to the Mszczonów Thermal Pools is only for two hours.

The following documents are required for registering a child at Hotel Panorama:
1. Your identity document (ID card, passport, driver's license)
2. The identity document of the child traveling with you (if it is your child). This applies to both non-related individuals and, for example, grandparents or uncles who are not the child's guardians at the moment.
3. Parental or legal guardian consent (if it is not your child)
4. In the absence of documents mentioned in points 2 and 3, you will need to sign a declaration concerning your relationship with the child and provide the child's personal data.
We kindly ask for your understanding towards our staff, who are obliged to verify the relationships between the child and accompanying adults in the hotel according to the new regulations.
